Refund Policy

As the Home Loan Hub Single Operator Workflow for Broker Engine is a Digital Product, as soon as you purchase and install the workflow you have access to all the content available on the platform. Therefore, you hereby acknowledge that your purchase cannot be cancelled and that Home Loan Hub Australia Pty Ltd (the Seller) is not obliged to provide you with a refund.
Refunds for the Product shall only be given in line with our terms & conditions:

  • If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical fault. Genuine multiple orders by the same person are not eligible for a refund.
  • If your payment was not a genuine transaction (e.g. card fraud etc).
  • If the workflow has not yet been installed into your Broker Engine Environment.

Technical Issues:

If there are technical issues in relation to the operation of Broker Engine on your device, this does not represent a fault of the purchased workflow and are outside the seller’s control. Experiencing these issues will not constitute grounds for a refund.
