  Adrian & Pete aren't your run of the mill mortgage brokers. Both take the time to ensure you understand everything you need to know about the Home Loan process without all the need for jargon. They have a very effective way of explaining all things mortgage in a language that is easy to understand.

They always take into consideration future plans when recommending the right product but most importantly ensure that their clients are well-prepared for their loan journey.

  Exceptional service. I have been using financial brokers since 1992. In my opinion, Home Loan Hub at Narellan is second to none. They are by far the best brokerage service I have ever used. Adrian and Pete went well out of their way to arrange my re-finance as I was finding it difficult to get it myself. They found the best product for me at a very competitive interest rate. They are excellent in communication, always returned phone calls and acted on inquiries immediately. They kept me up to date throughout the entire process. They have an excellent coffee shop at the premises, and I enjoyed a great coffee whenever I attended the office. They even did a review of my loan with the lender 12 months later and negotiated a lower interest rate for me. I have never experienced this level of service before. Usually, other brokers forget about you after settlement. Home Loan Hub's service is ongoing. I will be sticking with Home Loan Hub for all my financial needs. I highly recommend them.   Would highly recommend, Adrian was always available was extremely supportive through the whole process. He was professional and explained the process to us he followed things up promptly when the bank had delays. Our first application was declined Adrian kept us updated throughout the process. He spoke to another bank who understood our situation and approved our loan within one week. Adrian was ahead of the solicitors in flagging which paperwork was causing hold-ups.   Can’t recommend Adrian smith enough! Being first home buyers and builders Adrian didn’t have a problem with the back and fourth emails and calls every time we didn’t understand something. Went the extra by actually contacting the real estate and our builder to help sort out and issue for us and even went as far as offering us personal advice on our build.
Very professional, honest and down to earth at the same time, sent us flowers as we welcomed our new addition to the family which was an unexpected gesture we were grateful for.
